CCU ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS 2020
Mark your calendars to join us via Zoom on August 20th at 7:00 pm, and help us celebrate 67 years of service to the community! This meeting will be held virtually, and all members are invited to attend. The 2019 Annual Report (PDF) can be downloaded by clicking here.
Due to the health issues surrounding COVID-19, the Board will host this meeting virtually using Zoom. Advance registration is required for all participants by August 15th. Please click here to register to attend the virtual Annual Meeting. In order to verify your membership, you will be asked to provide the last four digits of your social security number.

A notice was provided in the January newsletter, within all branch locations, and posted on the website at www.ccuflorida.org notifying members of the board vacancies. No petitions were filed by the required deadline. Because there is 1 nominated candidate to fill each position, elections will not be conducted by ballot, and nominations from the floor will not be taken.

FEDERAL STUDENT AID WITH FAFSA (FOR TEENS)
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is many students’ ticket to financial assistance for college. This webinar covers important details such as how the FAFSA works, deadlines, and the application process. This webinar is geared towards a teen audience but parents are also welcome to attend! YOUR CREDIT SCORE
One of the most important numbers consumers have is their credit score: it affects the ability to purchase a home, buy a car, get a credit card, and other financial decisions—but it can also hinder them. This webinar reviews types of credit scoring models currently used including FICO, Vantage, non traditional, and bankruptcy risk.
