Community Credit Union has several resources for our members who are struggling financially. Please contact us if you are experiencing financial difficulty, as we can assist you in making smart moves with your money.
Our primary goal is to help you keep your home, vehicle, and other assets. We will customize a solution to meet your needs. We are focused on helping you meet your current challenges so you can look forward to a strong financial future.

Some of the solutions we will help you consider are:
- Skipping payments to catch up after an unexpected expense or short term loss of income
- Forbearing payments while you are unemployed so you can resume making payments after you return to work
- Making interest-only payments for a period of time
- Extending the term of your loan to lower your payments to an affordable level
- A rate restructure to make your payments more affordable
The most important thing you can do is act now! Contact us as soon as you know you will be experiencing a job loss or other event that will reduce your ability to make payments. We are committed to helping you through tough times.

BALANCE Financial Education and Counseling:
In addition to assistance from CCU staff, we offer financial counseling and education through our partnership with BALANCE. To speak with a BALANCE Counselor, call 1.888.456.2227 Monday - Thursday 5 am - 8 pm, Friday 5 am - 8pm, and Saturday 8 am - 5 pm (PST). Or, you may send a message to request to speak to a counselor by clicking on "Contact Us" area on the BALANCE site. Do not include account numbers, Social Security Numbers, or any other private personal information in your message.
The Money Management module from BALANCE offers helpful, easy-to-follow steps to help you make the most of your hard-earned money. Click or tap here to access this online workshop as well as other BalanceTrack modules in the Resources section.
