Account Alerts

Be aware of your account balances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with Community Credit Union's FREE and convenient alert services available within eBranch Online Banking. Upon logging on to your account, you will have the option to have alerts sent via a text message through your phone* or as an email.

To set up Account Alerts:

  • Log in to eBranch Online Banking
  • Select the Additional Services option from the grey menu bar
  • Select Text Banking & Alerts (Please note: The top section is for Text Message Alerts and the bottom section is for Email Alerts.)
  • Provide the information requested to customize the alerts you wish to activate

After you receive an alert notification, you may utilize our Text Message Banking or eBranch Online Banking to transfer funds to correct balance conditions.

*CCU does not charge a fee for these alert messages, but please check with your mobile provider, as Internet and/or text rates may apply.
