Escalated Member Concerns

Community Credit Union is committed to transparency, accountability, and ensuring every member concern is addressed appropriately.

We encourage members to first work with the credit union team and management to resolve questions or concerns.

If an issue remains unresolved or involves significant compliance, ethical, or internal control matters, it may be submitted for escalated review through our Audit Committee. Escalation Review Form.
