We think establishing a savings habit early in life is so important that we have a special Savings Account offer:

When you open a youth (under 18) savings account, the youth on the account will be a new CCU member and will be the primary account holder.  Youth accounts require an adult joint account holder who is a parent or legal guardian.
2Open a Student Checking Account about ²and we'll deposit $100 in the account after 60 days when you open a new Student Debit/Checking account with at least a $25 opening deposit, mention or enter Promo Code: MK-100, sign up for free eStatements, download the free CCU Mobile App, use your new debit card 20 times within 60 days of opening the account to make purchases or payments (ATM transactions do not count). There's no minimum transaction amount. Just use it when you shop online, buy groceries, gas, or lunch, etc. The student who will be the primary account holder must be at least 13 years of age and have a government-issued photo ID in order to obtain a debit card. A parent or legal guardian must sign as a joint account holder and also sign a minor permission form for the account. Existing students with a share savings account qualify if they open a new Student Checking Account with requirements.
