While you are logged in, please confirm that we have your current email address. We will send an email notification each month when your statement is ready for viewing.
To verify the email address we have on file for you, select the "Additional Services" option located within the grey menu bar, and then select the "Contact Information Update Form" under "Secure Forms". An informational page will appear, select "Continue". Your current email address will be listed on the bottom of this page. If you need to update your email address enter it in the field provided and select "Submit". If the email address listed is correct, you may close the tab and no changes will be made to your account.
You must allow pop ups and have cookies enabled in order to view eStatements.
If you select the "Online Statements" option and it does not open, right-click when using a mouse (or press and hold, if using a tablet) and you will see a menu that will allow the pop up to open.
If you accept the eStatement disclosure after the last business day of the month, you will receive a paper statement for that statement period. You will receive an eStatement beginning the following month.
To update your email address, you must submit the "Contact Information Update Form". Updating your information in the "My Settings" area will not update your member record.
