Existing CCU Members: Use the Mobile App or log in to your eBranch Online Banking account and your personal information will be pre-filled for you. Or, you may use the application found by selecting the Join Online link below, but you will be asked to provide your personal information, including your Member Number.
Mobile App: Go to More and select Apply for a Loan.
eBranch Online Banking: Select the Online Application link at the upper right of the screen.
Prospective CCU Members: Select the Join Online image below. Leave the Member Number field blank.

By Phone: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
- For Consumer Loans (Vehicle, Credit Card, Home Equity, and Secured): Call 321.637.3211 and ask to speak to a Member Service Lender (outside Brevard, 1.800.690.2338)
- For First Mortgage Loans: Call 321.690.2328 and ask to speak to a Mortgage Specialist (outside Brevard, 1.800.690.2338)
In Person: Visit any of our convenient branch locations. Our Palm Bay, Rockledge, and Titusville branch lobbies are open Saturdays 9 am to noon.
- For Consumer Loans: (Vehicle, Credit Card, Home Equity, and Secured): Please sign in at the kiosk. Scheduled appointments are not available.
- For First Mortgage Loans: Scheduled appointments are recommended for mortgage loans. Please call us at 321.690.2328 (outside Brevard, 1.800.690.2338) during our regular business hours and ask to speak to a Mortgage Specialist to schedule an appointment. Or you may send us an email if you would prefer to have a Mortgage Specialist contact you. Please provide your name, phone number, and preferred day and time for a call. Please do not send account numbers or any other personal and confidential information.
