Community Credit Union offers secure, FREE online account access allows you to access your account information and balances at any time, using your PC, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Below is some general information that will help you with a successful log in: 


Computer equipment and software needed:
A computer with internet access and a supported browser, which includes Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 8, 9, and 10, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari 6
NOTE:  At this time, Internet Explorer 11 is not fully supported, but it is likely that you will see a correct display.

Other system settings:

  • Cookies Enabled (first and third party)
  • JavaScript Enabled
  • Minimum Screen Resolution 1024x768 pixels
  • PDF Reader Compatible
  • Adobe Flash Player (latest version)

You must allow pop ups in order to open the tabs for additional services, like Online Statements and Bill Pay. 
 

First time log in: 

Go to the login area.  In the Username field, enter your share account number (no sub account number).  In the Password field, enter the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.   Follow the prompts to set up the secure Usernamd and Password of your choice. 

Opening tabs:
If you select a tab and it does not open, either press and hold when using a touch screen or right-click when using a mouse and you will see a menu that will let you allow the pop up to open.


Multifactor Authentication:
A Username and Password is required for access to the eBranch.  Requirements are displayed when you first log in.  Simply follow the prompts for the number of characters needed and the required combination of letters, numbers, and characters. 

You can update your Username and Password at any time once you are logged in.


Access Code Security Feature:
Under certain circumstances, you will be required to receive and enter a 6-digit access code to be sent to your email, via text message or by phone call:

  • When you first change your Username or Password from a temporary ID you received from CCU; 
  • When you use a public or shared computer;
  • When using an unrecognized device or browser;
  • If your browser or security setting does not allow or deletes cookies;
  • Periodically as part of CCU's security measures. 

Good to Know:  If you use multiple browsers, you will be see the Access Code prompt when logging in for the first time from a new browser, or if your cookies were deleted since the last time you used that browser.


Registering a Device:  
Once logged in, you may set up your home pc, laptop, or any other device you use regularly to PRIVATE and you will not be asked to provide the 6-digit access code each time you login, except under the circumstances noted above. 

If you are using a public computer, it should be set to PUBLIC.

If you are able to log in but have a question about using an eBranch feature, you can send a secure message from within the eBranch by selecting the "Additional Services" tab and then selectinng "Secure Email".   You can include account numbers and other private information when sending a Secure Email.
