Our low-cost payroll service provides your employees with direct deposit capabilities into their credit union account. Community Credit Union's payroll service offers competitive pricing for ACH Origination (debit and credit) and Remote Deposit Capture.

Eligibility Requirements: Must have membership open along with Business Checking product. Community Credit Union payroll solution eliminates costly onsite software installation and frustrating modem file transmission by utilizing the most cost-effective delivery channel available - the Internet..


For profit business members

There will be a monthly charge of $25.00 in addition to the per transaction charge:

  • Business member will be charged $.15 per transaction

Not-for-profit business members

There will be a monthly charge of $10.00 in addition to the per transaction charge:

  • Business member will be charged $.15 per transaction

Additional Fees: *

ACH Set up and Training Fee - $75
RDC Set up and Training Fee - $75
ACH and RDC Set up and Training Fee - $100
RDC Equipment Fee -$350 (first scanner free)
Retrieval Fee for items past 90 days - $15 per item
Notice of Change $2
Return $2

Monthly fees will be charged on the first day of each month through Goldleaf.
Transaction, Notice of change, and Returns will be charged on a daily basis through Goldleaf.
